Shipping policy

Due to the recent increase in issues with USPS, we have added the option for you to choose carriers, I.E. UPS or USPS.  Pricing is all calculated at checkout for both carriers based on your location, order weight, etc. 

Processing times can vary based on current order volume. Up-to-date processing times will always be located in the “announcement bar” at the top of our website. We process orders on business days, Monday-Friday. Any orders placed during the weekend will be shipped out on the next available business day. 

Incorrect Shipping Address 

We are not responsible for any errors made in your billing or shipping addresses. Please double-check all information prior to placing your order. In the event that the wrong address is provided, please email us within 24-hours of purchase with the subject line "INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS". While we will do our best to accommodate you, after these 24hrs there is no guarantee. If an order is ever sent back to us, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with reshipping the item(s). 

Changes to order 

You may make changes to your order PRIOR to receiving your tracking number. Please email us the adjustment you would like to make. a 3.00$ processing fee will be added. After you have received your tracking, there is no possibility to adjust your order. 

Lost or Delayed Package Policy

While we do everything we can to ensure fast and accurate deliveries, errors do happen. Once packages are handed over to the carrier facility we have no control over them. In the event that your package is delayed, please reach out to the post office for assistance. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. If your package is lost in the mail, please file a claim with the postal service and email us at elymarcandleco@gmail.com for any assistance. 

Damaged Product in Transit Policy

We do our best to ensure products are packaged safely and securely. In the event, something arrives damaged please take detailed pictures of the products as well as the packaging and email them to our support team elymarcandleco@gmail.com, include your order number for our records. We will gladly assist you in resolving this issue. 

Incorrect Items 

While we take the precautions to ensure your items are all shipped out, we are still human. If you have received an incorrect item or are missing an item please take photos of the packaging, the item(s), and email us (elymarcandleco@gmail.com) with your order number and any relevant information.
